Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Every item on our website has its own MOQ, the minimum order required for a purchase.
Because everything we make at Backstage Authority is made to order, MOQs help us maintain high quality and reduce waste.
When you shop online, you can mix sizes and colours of the same item to reach the minimum order count.

For example: order 5 Small, 5 Medium and 5 Large, or split your 15 units across two colours of the same product.
Your total just needs to meet the MOQ shown for that specific item. Your cart will automatically show you how many units you’ve added so you know when you’ve reached the minimum.

We offer end-to-end solutions from product design and packaging to final distribution, enabling bold brands to bring their vision to life while keeping production local.

With our established network of South African designers, printers, bottlers, and packaging partners, we guarantee full creative control, cost efficiency, and the ability to proudly stamp “Made in South Africa” on every product we deliver.

We manage 100% of the production process locally, with designing, manufacturing, branding, bottling, labelling, and packaging all executed within South Africa, by locally owned suppliers.

While certain raw materials may be sourced internationally to ensure the highest quality standards, every creative, technical, and assembly stage will be undertaken by South African teams and suppliers.
